1) A Private Limited Company was registered with 2 Directors in 2006
2) Since incorporation no single transaction happen.
3) Only ONE DIRECTOR is available now where second one is absconding and dont have any contact.
4) We want to file application for FTE and prepared affidavit and Indemnity bond also saying that is in future any liability arise then existing Director will take that responsibility.
Problem: While we are going to upload FTE form MCA system showing error that Director is not authorised to sign form. We registered his DSC many times and it was registered successfully also. Thats why we are unable to upload FTE form with MCA.
If anyone filed FTE form on similar footing can you please guide us ? How to proceed for further.
However, shall you have any questions please feel free to call or mail us, we would be more than happy to address your doubts or queries if any.
Thanks & with warm regards !
